When P0p Merchandise Was C00l
Mom and I have always l0ved the special pr0m0ti0nal items that the vari0us p0p c0mpanies have marketed 0ver the years. We had all 0f these glasses at 0ne time 0r an0ther. I l0ved drinking 0ut 0f them. The large 7-up g0blet was pretty bulky and uncf0mf0rtable but I was a kid s0 I was willing t0 t0lerate "unc0mf0rtable" f0r "Yeah, but I'm drinking 0ut 0f a special pr0m0ti0nal glass. L0L
We didn't own any of the clocks but they are part of my memories because clocks like these always hung in the places we frequented. My mom and I have always been "let's go sit down and drink a pop" shoppers. We never shop without taking pop breaks, even today. So these clocks bring back a multitude of sweet memories of my mom and me hanging out together and discussing life over an ice cold cup of coke (for her) and whatever I was in the mood for because I pretty much love them all!
