Hi-C

I drink Hi-C out of a little cardboard carton today but when I was a kid, it was packaged in big cans. I miss the look of the vintage cans a lot but I don't miss having to pour my Hi-C out of huge, heavy cans. I also don't miss feeling the weight of them in the grocery sacks. lol

*related sidenote:  When I was pregnant with Princess Tay Tay, she used to wake me up every morning like clockwork at 5:00 a.m. yelling, "Hey! Get a pop tart and some orange Hi-C down here!".  LOLOL  So for 6 of the 9 months I carried her, Prince Kit and I woke up at 5:00 a.m. every single morning so that I could eat a blueberry pop tart and drink a box of orange Hi-C juice. Sometimes I would be so sleepy that I would eat and drink with my eyes still closed. The minute I would satisfy my hunger for that snack, I would lay down and go back to sleep. Most mornings I was too tired to want to eat but Tay had other plans and she wouldn't let me rest until I fed her her morning pop tart and juice.  LOL  Once she was out of the womb, she continued making demands.  LOL Unlike her sister, who had always been very quiet and easy-going, Tay screamed every time she wanted something. The child had zero patience for waiting. So every morning, as soon as she woke up, she started screaming for her bottle. Not crying. SCREAMING.   LOL  To some extent she's still that way today. She doesn't scream or anything but she gets pretty cranky if her tank gets too empty. Seriously. Girl don't put up with no dinner delays. She'll cut you.   LOLOL
