The Good Old Days of Downtown M********
The old Montgomery Ward store. That's where I bought the famous "Dawn" dolls.
Hunt's Department Store was right behind it. It had an S&H Green Stamp office there, too. We used to walk up a flight of stairs that was covered in little silver button-looking things. I always used to call it "typewriter stairs" because it squeaked and clicked (and looked) just like a typewriter. I loved walking up those stairs.
